A Fellow of the CIPD, the Institute of Occupational Learning, and the RSA, she is also a coach to senior leaders and a passionate advocate for inclusive practices that drive real impact.

Marie Pye

Marie is an experienced advisor on equality, diversity, and inclusion, with a particular focus on disability rights. She sits on the Board of Transport for London and the Consumer Expert Panel for the Office of Rail and Road, and is a member of the Expert Group for the Bar Standards Board. Previously, she chaired the Independent Disability Advisory Group at TfL and the Disability Equality Advisory Group at Defra. With 7 years in a senior role at the Disability Rights Commission, Marie has since supported Premier League clubs, local authorities, transport bodies, regulators, and private companies to benchmark and strengthen their inclusion strategies.
