My passion for innovation and sustainability led me to consult with organizations in Italy, helping them navigate complex landscapes and drive positive change.
With nearly a decade of experience across 6 countries, I have had the privilege (and pleasure) of immersing myself in diverse cultures and gaining valuable insights into intercultural communication and inclusion. I am now eager to put this knowledge and experience to the services of organisations looking to create a positive impact on the world, be it through inclusive human resource practices or equitable global supply chains.
I hold a MSc in International Relations and an MBA in Food & Wine. My professional experience spans from being a Project Manager for an NGO in eSwatini to co-founding and directing an Association in Angola, to consulting in innovation and sustainability in Italy.
The richness of my unique experience allows me to be helpful in both no profit and corporate sectors. Moved by strong personal values, I am a passionate advocate for a new model that uplifts others and creates space for diverse experiences.
Having worked with people from all kinds of backgrounds in very different contexts, I have a strong understanding of how issues affect each person differently in different situations. I am a life-long learner and a relentless problem solver, so I have learnt to use my creative power to find unique solutions to any challenge.
When not working or travelling, I can be found cuddling my cats and playing video games with my husband.
I have a deep love for languages, speaking several with varying levels of fluency. This passion enhances my skills in intercultural communication and EDI training, and it showcases my commitment to understanding diverse cultures and my flexibility in adapting to different environments. I continually strive for self-improvement and am proud to offer training, workshops and talks in Italian, English, Portuguese, and Spanish, ensuring I can effectively connect with and engage diverse audiences.
My superpowers are empathy and strategic synthesis, as people come to me for advice, or to help mediate and combine different perspectives into a feasible strategy. Being a Taurus, I am strong-willed and highly opinionated, but having lived in so many different contexts has taught me to be flexible and understanding.
Empathy allows me to genuinely understand and share in others’ experiences and emotions. This deep connection builds trust and fosters meaningful relationships, enabling me to communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, and create a supportive, inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and heard.
With extensive experience living and working in multiple countries, I specialize in intercultural communication. I help companies and managers bridge cultural gaps, foster inclusivity, and enhance team performance. My expertise ensures effective collaboration across diverse teams, driving innovation and creating a harmonious workplace.
I am driven by a strategic and analytical mindset. I excel at identifying root causes, developing innovative solutions, and implementing effective strategies to overcome challenges, as no problem is too big. My proactive approach and ability to think critically ensure that obstacles are turned into opportunities for growth and success. This has helped me immensely when working in difficult economic contexts such as Angola.
Leadership is at the core of my skill set. I inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential by setting clear goals, providing guidance, and fostering an environment of collaboration and respect. My approach to leadership emphasizes empathy, communication, and strategic thinking, ensuring that every team member feels valued and empowered to contribute their best.
I excel in creating cohesive and high-performing teams. Through tailored team-building activities and a focus on open communication, I help teams build trust, enhance collaboration, and achieve shared goals. My ability to bring together diverse talents and perspectives ensures that teams not only work well together but also innovate and thrive in any environment.
I am dedicated and persistent, never stopping until the objective is achieved. This relentless drive and determination guarantee that I deliver results and continuously push boundaries to achieve excellence.
Public speaking is one of my key strengths. I am confident, able to engage and inspire diverse audiences. My experience in delivering presentations and leading workshops ensures that I communicate effectively, convey complex ideas clearly, and leave a lasting impact.
I emphasise the power of ‘together’ and ‘team’—believing that inclusive approaches to leadership not only enhance team cohesion but also drive superior results. By partnering with me, organisations gain access to a dedicated ally who will help them become truly inclusive, innovative, and inspiring.
